SKYLINE: ZERO ALTITUDE · Effective 13 September 2026

These Terms govern your use of SKYLINE: ZERO ALTITUDE and its online multiplayer service. By installing, accessing or playing the game, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use online services. Licence and acceptable use

Subject to these Terms and the rules of the store from which you obtained it, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the game for entertainment on compatible devices that you own or control. You may not copy, sell, rent, reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the game, its servers or another pilot’s account or session.

You must not cheat, modify network traffic, exploit bugs, harass or threaten other pilots, impersonate another person, submit unlawful content, use automation to gain an unfair advantage, or use the service to attack or disrupt another system. You are responsible for your pilot name, emblem and chat messages.

Online play and moderation

Online play uses temporary guest sessions and depends on network availability. Matches, rooms, scores, chat and the seven-day online leaderboard are authoritative only when accepted by the online service. We may filter names and chat, block messages, remove a pilot from a room after the published report threshold, suspend access to a room, or restrict service access when needed for safety, integrity or maintenance. Room-level reports are not a finding of cheating and do not create a global account ban.

You can report abuse, an inappropriate name or suspected cheating through the in-game controls. Do not include sensitive personal information in reports. We do not promise that automated filtering or player reports will identify every harmful message or prevent every unfair action.

Updates, availability and content

The game, city, aircraft, online protocol, features and service limits may change. We may temporarily suspend or discontinue online services for maintenance, security, legal reasons or circumstances outside our control. Some content, network features and store services may be unavailable in a particular country or on a particular device.

Ownership

The game, code, art, audio, names, marks and service materials are owned by or licensed to the publisher and are protected by intellectual-property law. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. You retain rights in material you lawfully own, while granting the service the limited rights needed to transmit and display your submitted pilot name, emblem and chat in the game.

Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the game and online services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without promises that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the game or service.
