Privacy Policy

SKYLINE: ZERO ALTITUDE · Effective 13 September 2026

This policy explains how the SKYLINE: ZERO ALTITUDE game and its online multiplayer service handle information. The service is operated for the game publisher by its hosting and distribution providers. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to support@skyline.zone.

Information used by the game

Solo play stores settings, pilot name, selected emblem, scores and preferences on the device. When you use online play, the service receives the pilot name and emblem you submit, a temporary guest session and resume token, room and match state, controls needed to simulate the match, scores, and chat or moderation actions you send.

The online service also receives ordinary connection and security data such as IP address, timestamps, protocol errors and rate-limit events through the hosting and network providers. It is used to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service, not to build an advertising profile.

We do not ask the game for your real name, contacts, precise location, microphone, camera, advertising identifier or payment details. Do not put personal information in a pilot name or chat message.

Why it is used

Retention and deletion

Room and guest-session data expire under the service rules. Chat history is not retained as a service feature. Moderation reports and temporary room exclusions are bounded and expire with the room or exclusion window. Authoritative online leaderboard entries are limited to the published seven-day window. Server checkpoints can retain the minimum state needed to recover active matches and are deleted as those sessions expire. Operational logs are retained only as long as reasonably needed for security, reliability and legal obligations.

To request deletion of information associated with an online guest session, email support@skyline.zone with the pilot name, approximate dates and any available session details. Do not send passwords, tokens or payment information. We may need to verify the request and may retain information required by law or needed to protect the service.

Service providers and transfers

The game is distributed through Apple and Google, online traffic is routed through Cloudflare, and the multiplayer service is hosted on a Hetzner Kubernetes cluster. Those providers process information under their own terms and security practices. The game may be used from countries different from the country where the service is hosted.

Children

The game is not directed to children under the age required by the laws where they live. Do not use online chat or submit information without the permission required by your local law.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the game or service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Contact support@skyline.zone for privacy questions or requests.
